LIABILITY WAIVER + MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Sol Heart Rhythms, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that Sol Heart Rhythms is a movement-based experience involving music, dance, and physical activity for both adults and children.

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical injury

Slips, falls, or collisions

Emotional or sensory responses

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur through participation.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

On behalf of myself and any minor(s) under my care, I hereby release and hold harmless Sol Heart Rhythms, its founders, facilitators, team members, collaborators, and venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS

I understand that I am fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and well-being of any child(ren) attending with me.

I acknowledge that while supportive staff may be present, Sol Heart Rhythms is not a childcare service.

4. HEALTH & WELL-BEING

I confirm that I (and any minor in my care) am physically and emotionally fit to participate.

I agree to listen to my body and my child’s needs and to participate at our own pace.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that this event may be photographed and/or filmed.

By attending, I grant Sol Heart Rhythms the right to capture and use photo, video, and audio content in which I or my child may appear, for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, without compensation.

If I prefer not to be featured, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the team upon arrival.

6. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this agreement

I agree to all terms stated above

I am signing on behalf of myself and any minor(s) in my care
